PHI’s CivicSpark places highly motivated emerging leaders with local organizations to support research, planning, and implementation projects for community resilience. Each placement provides an opportunity to serve communities while building connections and developing skills through a project-based experience.

Applications for CivicSpark-AmeriCorps Fellows are now open for the 2025-2026 service year. CivicSpark plans to place 150 Fellows with community partners across California, Colorado, and Washington. Full-time Fellows will serve for 11 months, from September 2025 to August 2026. Applications close on June 2, 2025.
